The decision to change “Molly’s Cupcakes” to molly’s sweets was an easy one. By restricting themselves to just cupcakes, the average consumer would never know that the bakery sells more than cupcakes. molly’s sweets has a wide assortment of sweets to choose from, including but not limited to: cupcakes, cakes, and ice cream. We are thrilled to present molly’s sweets- a brand that will reach all sweet lovers with ease.

Molly’s Cupcakes is a bakery shop based out of Chicago, New York, Iowa City and Cincinnati. They take pride in being a one stop shop for everything sweet with a passion rooted in making cupcakes.

Our goal to rebrand Molly’s Cupcakes was driven by improving the visual communication and information architecture to not only help retain the current customer base, but also increase the amount of new customers for the shop.

Molly’s Cupcakes is a primary search result that comes up when searching “Cupcakes in Chicago”, so this is Molly's opportunity to impress customers and prove their efficient user experience, especially since the pandemic is driving more people to order products online.
